How To Remove Pimples Naturally And Permanently

We have all suffered the uncomfortable troubles of acne during our youth, which is associated with hormonal changes and attacks the aesthetics of our face. But it is just as uncomfortable to reach maturity and always have with us these unsightly marks, acne scars, which permanently damage our skin. These tasks are caused by an inflammatory process when the acne has not healed properly.

To understand a little more what are acne scars, as well as their origin, we must remember that blackheads are an enlargement of the sebaceous glands in the skin; bacteria and fat accumulate and thus cause this phenomenon. The most affected areas are the face and back. Acne can be mild or severe: it can be simply white spots or blackheads, but it can also turn into painful cysts under the skin and filled with pus.

It is precisely these nodules that are likely to leave acne scars on the skin, especially if touched. Indeed, to handle them always causes a more important infection causing annoying marks on our skin.

Type of acne scars

Pigmentation scars: These are the tasks that persist while the black dot or button is gone; they have a pigmented pinkish or even coffee color, they disfigure the face and take time before disappearing.

Hollow: These are holes in the skin caused by an acne lesion where there was pus. We ourselves provoke these wounds when we burst a black dot.

Natural Remedies for Acne Scars

The natural remedies that we offer are the most used in creams that we usually buy for this type of infection and are quite expensive. We must point out that the results are not immediate: we must be regular in treatment and apply every day, especially at night. In the long run, these annoying spots produced by acne will be a thing of the past.

Aloe vera: Its fleshy leaves contain plant extracts with incredible regenerative properties. Their benefits for our skin are well known, especially for treating and removing stretch marks, burns and acne pimples. Just take at least a teaspoon of aloe pulp and apply it to the scars, then let it work for 30 minutes before rinsing with warm water.

Baking Soda: Baking soda has an exfoliating effect that acts on mild scars, making it ideal for acne. Simply wet your face and apply a pinch of baking for a few seconds on the stains, then rinse with warm water. This remedy should not be abused: applying it once a week is more than enough, as baking can damage sensitive skin.

Lemon: Perfect for whitening the skin. You can use it before going to sleep, soaking a cotton of lemon juice and applying it on the stains for about fifteen minutes. It is very important not to expose yourself to the sun with this remedy, as this can cause injury. It must always be done at night.
Honey: Regenerator and softener. In case of oily skin for example, we can mix it with egg yolk to make a kind of mask, which is ideal for removing stains. Apply honey on the stains, then leave on for 20 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Know that Manuka honey is the best for the skin.

Rosehip oil: Like honey, it has regenerative properties to relieve damaged skin. It removes stretch marks and scars by creating new tissue. It can be applied before going to sleep. Its perfume is very pleasant.

Tomato: It has exfoliating properties and is rich in beta-carotene, making it an ideal fruit for the care of our skin. To enjoy all its virtues, we can cut some thin slices and leave them on our face for about ten minutes. If you have a little more time in front of you, you can also make a tonic lotion based on tomato juice and cucumber: to do this, mix a tomato and a half cucumber until you get a liquid. Then you just moisten a cotton with this mixture and apply it on the affected areas. It's that simple !

Vitamin E: This vitamin is essential for the care of our skin. You will find it in pharmacies and herbalists. It is ideal for illuminating, toning and regenerating the skin, while fighting infections. The scars of the skin gradually disappear if you apply it every day with a small massage on the face that promotes absorption. Vitamin E is a formidable ally against acne scars.
